Terms & Conditions – Custom Wigs & Consultations

At Ebony & Ivory Hair & Beauty, all of our wigs are custom made to suit each client’s individual requirements. Because each wig is made specifically for you, please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.

Custom-Made Wigs

All wigs ordered through Ebony & Ivory Hair & Beauty are custom made and prepared specifically for the individual client.

Once a custom wig order has been confirmed, purchased or production has commenced, the order is final and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned due to change of mind, change of preference or incorrect selection.

As each wig is made specifically for you, custom-made wigs are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We encourage all clients to take advantage of our consultation service before placing an order to ensure that the style, colour, length, texture, cap requirements and overall look are suitable for their needs.

Consultation Fee

A $50 consultation fee applies to our wig consultation service.

The $50 consultation fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the time, expertise and personalized advice provided during your consultation.

Payment of the consultation fee does not guarantee the purchase of a wig and is separate from the cost of your custom-made wig.

Custom Wig Orders

Before your custom wig order is placed, we will discuss your requirements with you and confirm the details of your order.

Once you have approved and paid for your custom wig, we will proceed with creating your wig according to the agreed specifications.

Because custom wigs are made specifically for each client, all custom wig purchases are final.

Changes to Orders

Any requested changes must be discussed before the custom wig order is confirmed and production begins.

Once an order has been confirmed or production has commenced, changes may not be possible and additional costs may apply where changes can be accommodated.

Faults or Issues

While custom wigs are non-refundable and non-returnable for change of mind, if you believe your wig has a manufacturing fault or does not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of ordering, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Acceptance of Terms

By paying your consultation fee and/or placing an order for a custom-made wig, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
