Yes, all of our products are genuine and we guarantee the authenticity of all our products. These are backed up by genuine Australian Warranties.
Do you have a store that I can come and buy my products if i don't want to buy online?

HAIR EXTENSIONS
Are your hair extensions your own brand?
Yes, we stock our own line of Ebony & Ivory Hair Extensions. We have created a line of 100% Remy Human hair, Indian hair, Italian hair, Silky Straight, Deep Wavy, Minky Yaki and many more to suit many hair types.
How many colours do you carry in your hair extensions?
We carry over 40 colours and we keep on adding on more colours to our range. Indian and Italian hair only comes in the natural colours from about a level 1 to a level 3.
Can I colour the hair extensions?
Yes, although you can only colour certain types of extensions. Indian Hair Extensions or Italian Hair Extensions are the only types you may colour, the rest you are not able to colour.

Do you sell products for women of colour?
Yes we do! Ebony & Ivory Hair and Beauty Pty Ltd are the sole distributor for Black Opal cosmetics across Australia.

Yes we can help you find the right colour for you. You can contact us by email or come into the store to see the products. Details are found on our contact page.
Do you carry any other types for makeup apart from the one for women of colour?
Yes we do, Ebony & Ivory also carries their own line of make-up, EI Mineral Cosmetics, which can also be found under Make-Up.
Do you offer wholesale on Black Opal products?
Yes, if you are a Business and would like to carry Black Opal products, please contact us via email or phone. Details found on our contact page.
Do I need to be a hairdresser or beauty therapist to buy on your website?
No we are open to the general public and anyone can buy from our site.
I am a hair salon, can I buy ghd from your store?
No, I am afraid not. Please contact GHD Australia to discuss your account needs.
SHIPPING/POSTAGE
Do you post throughout Australia or only to major cities?
Yes, we post all across Australia using Toll Priority Australia. International orders can be arranged upon request, however, we do don't post black opal products to countries that already have a distributor. If you would like to place an international order please contact us. Details are found on our contact page.
How much is it for postage and how long will it take?

What happens if my item gets lost in the post?
Ebony & Ivory Hair and Beauty sends all products through Toll Priority which is traceable.
Does express post have insurance?
No, although Toll Priority express post has a tracking number which can be used to keep track on parcels.
Can I send a product to a friend?
Order your items and change your shipping address to the address you want your items to be delivered to.

HAIR STRAIGHTENERS
What is the difference between the ghd styling iron, the mini styler and the salon styler?
All 3 models have the same features and technology however each iron has a different size ceramic plate to suit different lengths/types of hair. The standard 24mm styling iron is perfectly suited to most people with regular length hair. The Mini Styler is more suited for men or women with very short hair. The Salon Styler is especially good for people with very thick hair as it makes straightening your hair quicker.
How long is the warranty your products?
All products are genuine and come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Typically outlined below
