We are so humbled to have this phenomenal woman as our special guest tomorrow. For our kids, teens & 20s Lifeskills Masterclass! Florence Drummond will be teaching and sharing with our young people how to speak in public with confidence.

Florence Drummond Is the CEO @iwimra INDIGENOUS WOMEN IN MINING . And comes with many years experience in mining!

Florence grew up on Thursday Island, an island community in the Torres Strait in between tip of Queensland and Papua New Guinea. She has spoken at many key mining industry events, in Latin America and was on Channel 7 News from Times Square New York.

Florence is The eldest of 8 children, she had always valued the responsibilty of family and community. Working in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, she made the leap to mining, where she was a Machine Operator for 7 years.

During this time in mining, her team became her work family. Florence, always wanted the best for her family, started to realsie, that sometimes, not everything is fair. She wanted to learn more of - why. Her search has helped her to form the company she is CEO of, Indigenous Women In Mining andResources Australia.
